Trophies arrive at RNIYC in advance of RS400 Eurocup and UK & Irish National Championship 2025

Royal North of Ireland Yacht Club took delivery of the prize ware for the upcoming RS400 Eurocup and UK/Irish Nationals 3rd-8th August.

The Event starts in just 17 days, and preparations are well under way for this much anticipated Championships.

Some local sailors fresh from the Dun Laoghaire Regatta, are getting their 400's up to scratch ready for this battle of the titans against their English, Scottish and European peers.

Gerry Reid the Event Director said, "We are delighted with the trophies and the Kind support from Mercedes Benz Belfast. There is a real buzz about the club as we prepare for the Eurocup, as we look forward to welcoming visitors far and wide, and many old friends returning to Belfast Lough for this Event."

Entry is still open for those who fancy their chances, and a bit of the Legendary Royal North Craic and Hospitality!

One month to go until Bangor Regatta

RS400 Northern Championship at Carsington
Weather had many teams shivering like Scooby Doo and Shaggy in a sticky predicament Carsington SC hosted the Rooster RS400 Northern Championships, which also was in the Trident UK Northern Tour. A strong smell of solvents on Pro Grip gathered quite the crowd The weather forecast for Saturday was spot on. Little wind dying to no wind.
