by Omaya Yachts 10 Jul 14:55 BST 9-14 September 2025

Bulgarian luxury catamaran manufacturer Omaya Yachts has announced its debut model, the OMAYA 50, will make its world premiere at this year's Cannes Yachting Festival.

From 9-14 September, visitors to the iconic show will have the opportunity to step aboard the brand's first yacht within the Vieux Port marina.

The Omaya Yachts team will be providing guests with the story behind the brand and its first vessel, which promises to redefine modern multihull cruising. With a sleek design, luxurious finishes, and exceptional performance capabilities, the OMAYA 50 is already generating significant excitement within the sailing community.

Kaloyan Radulov, CEO of Omaya Yachts, said: "We are excited for the world premiere of the OMAYA 50 to take place at such an iconic yachting festival and couldn't ask for a better stage to unveil the yacht. The team has been working hard to get the first hull in great shape, and the anticipation of finally being able to show what we've envisaged for some time is building."

Crafted with precision at the esteemed Elica Yard along the banks of the Danube, the OMAYA 50 is distinguished by its unmatched beam of 8.4 metres, enhancing both the aesthetic and functional qualities of the yacht. It boasts expansive lower decks and a customisable salon that promises unparalleled comfort and luxury. With the ability to host up to ten guests and additional crew, the yacht ensures every journey is a lavish, comfortable experience.

"The OMAYA 50 is more than just a yacht; it's a lifestyle, designed for those who seek not only to explore the seas but to do so in unmatched comfort and style," continued Kaloyan.

The OMAYA 50 integrates several innovative features to enhance both functionality and comfort. It boasts a high/low aft platform, allowing for seamless access to the water. The flybridge is remarkably spacious, providing an elevated panoramic view that is perfect for relaxation and social gatherings. The flybridge also features twin staircases for easy access and optimal flow throughout the vessel. Additionally, the yacht includes cutting-edge navigation technology and a specially designed hull shape which provides the most efficient sailing. Designed with longer onboard living in mind, the OMAYA 50 also offers enhanced livability and practical amenities for extended stays. These features, combined with luxurious interior design options, set the OMAYA 50 apart in the world of luxury yachting.

The debut OMAYA 50 hull offers the GARMIN EmpirBus system to enable owners to manage lighting, entertainment, security systems, temperature, navigation and more, at the touch of a button. It also integrates Raymarine's systems including Fishfinder, Radar VHF, Satellite TV and a state-of-the-art docking system using stereoscopic vision cameras via its multifunctional display units. This model also includes Dock Sense for a stress-free docking experience, as well as integrating Sentinel's remote boat monitoring and control system.

The launch of the OMAYA 50 is just the beginning with the brand already planning to expand its fleet to include 62ft and 78ft options, continuing to blend luxury with practicality, meeting the needs of adventurous families and ocean explorers alike.
