During this two-year program, you will rotate across our global portfolio, including Southern Spars, FutureFibres, Hall Spars, and RigPro, contributing to groundbreaking projects and developing a comprehensive understanding of our industry. Our graduate team contributes directly to live projects, allowing you to gain invaluable insights and international work experience across a diverse collection of industry-leading brands including North Sails and North Actionsports.

We're recruiting graduates with academic backgrounds that support the commercial and technical aspects of our business.
