Team Holcim-PRB is ready to take on the Course des Caps, starting on June 29th, led by co-skipper Nicolas Lunven (FRA), who finished 6th onboard Holcim-PRB during the last Vendée Globe. He will be joined by the experienced and dynamic Holcim-PRB crew: Alan Roberts (GBR), Franck Cammas (FRA), and Annemieke Bes (NLD) who sailed onboard Holcim-PRB during the last The Ocean Race.

Anne Beaugé (FRA) will be the onboard reporter. Known for its tactical challenges and variable weather, the Course des Caps is a challenging 2 000 miles route around the British Isles that serves as the final preparatory race ahead of the Ocean Race Europe, which kicks off on August 10th in Kiel.

Following the birth of her daughter Feis in December, Rosalin Kuiper, Holcim-PRB skipper, will sit out the Course des Caps to focus on her preparation for the Ocean Race Europe. Rosalin Kuiper, skipper Holcim-PRB, said: "Our training weeks have gone really well, and the team is shaping up superbly. To continue my return to peak fitness for the Ocean Race Europe, I am going to sit out the Courses des Caps, while supporting the team from the shore. I can't wait to see how they get on as we finetune everything for Kiel and beyond."

With several weeks of intensive preparation behind them, the crew is looking forward to getting back into racing. The Holcim-PRB boat has undergone a number of targeted upgrades following the Vendée Globe, optimised for fully-crewed sailing, and the team is eager to see how these adjustments perform in race conditions.

Team Holcim-PRB will take the start of the Course des Caps on June 29th, alongside 11 IMOCA teams, in what will serve as a key performance benchmark ahead of the Ocean Race Europe.
