Horizon Yacht Australia is proud to announce the expansion of its core team with the addition of four experienced professionals, each bringing a unique combination of industry expertise, passion for boating, and customer-first values.

This strategic growth marks a significant step forward in Horizon's ongoing mission to provide world-class service, innovation, and luxury yacht experiences across Australia and New Zealand.

The new appointments—Oliver Bennett (Marketing Manager), Marianne Chatwin (Office Manager), Todd Lloyd-Pugh (Service Manager), and Caren Brennan (Administration Assistant)—join a passionate team led by Mark Western, Director of Horizon Yacht Australia, who has been at the helm of the business for more than 20 years.

Oliver Bennett - Marketing Manager

Oliver's lifelong connection to the water began in childhood, where weekends were spent boating anddeveloping a deep appreciation for the marine lifestyle. This passion naturally evolved into a career focused on bringing that same enthusiasm to others through strategic, high-impact marketing.

With extensive experience in brand development and growth,digital communications, event management, and design, Oliver has built a reputation for delivering powerful marketing campaigns that drive engagement and elevate brand presence. His work is guided by a strong understanding of luxury audiences and the importance of storytelling, aesthetics, and experiential connection in the yachting industry.

In his role as Marketing Manager at Horizon Yacht Australia, Oliver oversees all marketing operations across Australia and New Zealand. He is responsible for the planning and execution of bespoke owner events, boat shows, brand campaigns, and digital engagement strategies. With a fresh, forward-thinking mindset and unwavering attention to detail, Oliver's vision plays a pivotal role in expanding Horizon's presence and prestige in the luxury yacht sector.

Marianne Chatwin - Office Manager

Growing up sailing on Auckland Harbour, Marianne has always had a natural connection to the water. Her professional journey has seen her thrive in various roles across the marine sector, including brokerage, sales, production, and customer support.

Now serving as Office Manager at Horizon Yacht Australia, Marianne combines her operational expertise with a deep understanding of the boating lifestyle. She plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth, efficient running of the business, while delivering a premium client experience.

Todd Lloyd-Pugh - Service Manager

Born and raised on the Gold Coast, Todd's life has always revolved around the water. His marine career began at just 15, and since then, he has gained decades of hands-on experience in mechanical engineering, yacht commissioning, and vessel logistics across a wide range of boat types and systems.

As Service Manager at Horizon Yacht Australia, Todd brings unmatched technical expertise and an unwavering commitment to quality. He leads the service division with a focus on client satisfaction, safety, and reliability, ensuring every Horizon yacht performs to perfection.

Caren Brennan - Administration Assistant

Caren's passion for boating is matched only by her dedication to excellence in business support. With over 25 years of experience in marine industry administration, she offers a rare combination of industry insight, attention to detail, and customer care.

As Administration Assistant at Horizon Yacht Australia, Caren provides essential support to the broader team and clients alike. Her professionalism and personable approach help create a seamless ownership experience from first enquiry to after-sales service.
