The Marina Industries Association (MIA) is excited to announce that registrations for the Marinas26 International Conference and Trade Exhibition (Marinas26) are now open!

Taking place on May 25th and 26th, 2026, at the Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast, Marinas26 is a must-attend event for marina owners, operators, and suppliers. With 80% of the exhibition space already sold, Marinas26 is set to exceed the record of 384 delegates set at its last event, Marinas24, held in Brisbane.

Suzanne Davies, MIA CEO, is confident that Marinas26 will be the biggest and best yet, commenting, "The Royal Pines Resort will allow us to attract a greater number of exhibitors and delegates and enjoy the intimacy of having the entire event in one venue.

The exhibition has grown over the years to become a key feature of the event. Delegates report that it is the most efficient and effective way to meet with suppliers and learn about the latest range of products and services available on the market. The extensive list of exhibitors who have already committed to attend the event is on the Marinas26 website. There are only a few booths available, so those businesses interested in exposure to this very active and niche market will need to act quickly.

Naturally, the conference content is critical, and the MIA is working on a program that ensures the industry receives informative and educational briefings, facilitates a sharing of ideas and best practice, including international perspectives, and provides opportunities for industry to discuss current issues, challenges and opportunities.

Structured networking sessions will be continued to ensure delegates can catch up with older acquaintances and make new ones.

The Marinas26 program will open with the traditional Welcome Reception to be held around the pool of the Royal Pines Resort on the evening of Sunday, 24 May. Pelagic Risk Services will sponsor the event and make it a welcome to remember. The Marinas26 Conference & Trade Exhibition will run for two full days, on Monday and Tuesday, closing with the Marine Structures Gala Dinner on Tuesday evening as the Royal Pines tennis courts are transformed into a spectacular dinner venue. Delegates will have the option of joining a Study Tour of some of the new Gold Coast marina facilities on Wednesday, 28th May.

The timing of the event remains so that delegates can plan a day or two to visit the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show on the weekend prior. The MIA has negotiated to extend the conference rate for those wishing to arrive earlier. The MIA would ideally like to provide transfers to the show from the hotel and seeks a sponsor who wishes to partner to provide this service.

To register for Marinas26 visit www.Marinas26.com. Accommodation is limited to 300 rooms, so those requiring accommodation need to register and book their rooms early.
