The Cape 31 Med Circuit heads into Round Two next week at the iconic Porquerolles Race, where 16 teams representing 12 nations will go head-to-head over four days of world-class one-design racing, from May 28 to June 1, with practice racing beginning on Wednesday, May 27.

Fresh off a high-energy opener in Hyères — where Shotgunn took top honours — the fleet is reloaded and ready to race in one of the most beautiful and technically challenging race venues in the Mediterranean.

This round welcomes two brand-new teams to the Cape 31 fleet:

  • Firstings (Firstings Atlantic, POR)
  • Kalantis (Endless Sky Int., GER)

We're excited to have them join the action and take their first start in the Med Circuit.

They'll line up alongside some of the class's top returning teams, including Give Me Five, Stig, Black Star, Black Seal, and La Pericolosa, as well as international heavyweights Pacific Yankee and Warrior Won—both making the journey from the U.S.

ENTRY LIST - 16 Teams / 12 Nations:

Give Me Five (FRA) - Adrien & Robin Follin
Black Star (SUI) - Christian Zuerrer
Adrenalin (IRL) - Darren Wright
Terrible Joy (MON) - Loïc Pompee
Shotgunn (IOM) - Michael Wilson
La Pericolosa (GER) - Christian Schwoerer
Black Seal (GBR) - Richard Thompson
Pacific Yankee (USA) - Drew Freides
Black Battalion (HUN)
Stella Maris (AUT) - August Schram
halbtrocken 3.1 (GER) - Michael Berghorn
MeerBlick (GER) - Otto Pohlmann
Warrior Won (USA) - Chris Sheehan
Stig (ITA) - Alessandro Rombelli
Firstings (POR) - Firstings Atlantic
Kalantis (GER) - Endless Sky Int.

The regatta will run from May 28 to June 1, with racing held off the coast of the stunning Île de Porquerolles. Conditions are looking promising, with the Mistral lining up for a classic Cape 31 send.

With a stacked fleet, international flair, and a famously laid-back island atmosphere ashore, this is set to be a true highlight of the 2025 Cape 31 season.
