Sail Canada's Youth Fest is back in Kingston

Sail Canada is excited to announce that its Youth Fest, a sailing event focusing on training and development for U19 sailors, will make its return this year, August 1-5, 2025, in Kingston.

Sail Canada 2025 Youth Fest will be hosted by CORK/Sail Kingston and will be held along Sail Canada 2025 Youth Championship for the Club 420 class.

The 5-day event will be focused on participation, training, development and fun!

Young Canadian sailors from across the country are encouraged to gather in Kingston for a great week on the water! The event will include the 29er, ILCA 4 & 6 classes, and for the first time in a Sail Canada event, Waszp, IQFoil and Wing Foil classes.

Sailors and coaches will also benefit from training opportunities while receiving support from Canada's top sailing coaches and officials, including from Sail Canada's Head Coach, Ken Dool.

Sail Canada 2025 Youth Fest event is part of a series of eight Sail Canada National and Regional Championships to be held this summer. These competitions provide an opportunity for sailors to train and compete with high-level sailors in their region, in addition to serving as talent identification opportunities for regional and provincial sailing teams, as development and mentoring opportunities for coaches, as well as training and development opportunities for officials and volunteers.
