Superyacht Australia hosts the ultimate crew party of the year - The Endless Summer Party!

by AIMEX 10 Apr 07:46 BST 8 April 2025

Superyacht Australia hosted the highly anticipated annual end of season crew event - The Endless Summer Party in Sydney. Run for the seventh time, the event was created to celebrate the hardworking crew who are the backbone of the superyacht industry. The event recognises their passion, commitment and the long hours that keep the superyacht world moving forward.

The year's Endless Summer Party brought together 89 crew from 20 superyachts currently in Sydney Harbour and Pittwater. Held on Tuesday 8 April at Broken Bay Brewing Co in Brookvale, a recently opened venue owned by an industry member, the night was hosted in collaboration with Superyacht Australia members East Coast Marine Centre, Sydney City Marine, The Yard Brisbane, Yachtsmen International, and Yachtsmiths.

Guests were warmly welcomed by the Superyacht Australia team as they stepped off buses arriving from Jones Bay Superyacht Marina and Sydney Superyacht Marina for one last Sydney summer hurrah. In high spirits, they embraced the opportunity to unwind and enjoy a rare night where they were the ones being looked after.

Broken Bay Brewing Co served delicious pizzas, canapes and home-grown ales, whilst Yachtsmen International offered a lucky $200 Star Casino lucky door prize. As the evening progressed, DJ Baz set the tone with high-energy tunes, while glow-in-the-dark wands lit up the crowd and drew guests to the dancefloor.

The Endless Summer Party rang true to its purpose of fostering friendly connections between captains, crew, and industry sponsors while ensuring a memorable and enjoyable evening for all, just before many vessels set sail for warmer cruising grounds including the Whitsundays, Great Barrier Reef and Pacific islands of Vanuatu, Fiji, Tahiti, PNG, and Indonesia.

David Good, CEO of Superyacht Australia, commented, "Our Endless Summer Party was a fantastic way to close out the summer season before vessels begin their winter migrations. This event is a chance to recognize the dedication of superyacht crew, who are the backbone of our industry. Our generous sponsors essentially shout the crew a drink as a big thank you for a season of hard work."

Superyacht Australia extends its thanks to the captains and crew for joining in the celebration, as well as to our generous support of returning Event Partner East Coast Marine Centre, Sydney City Marine and The Yard Brisbane, alongside our new Event Partners Yachtsmen International, and Yachtsmiths.
