Twisted is delighted to announce the acquisition of Network Yacht Brokers Dartmouth, marking a significant expansion of its growing marine brokerage and sales division while strengthening its presence along the south coast of England.

This strategic acquisition represents an important milestone in Twisted's vision to develop a comprehensive network of boat sales, brokerage, and servicing facilities along the coastline. By significantly enhancing Twisted's brokerage capabilities, the company can now offer a complete end-to-end experience for boat owners, from initial purchase through ownership and eventual resale.

"The addition of Network Yacht Brokers Dartmouth to the Twisted family is a natural progression in our growth strategy," said Jake Cronk, Director of Twisted Marine. "Dartmouth's rich maritime heritage and strategic location makes it the perfect complement to our existing operations, allowing us to better serve our customers with the exceptional standards they've come to expect from the Twisted brand."

"Network Yacht Brokers is the longest standing brokerage business at Noss Marina and was an obvious acquisition choice," Cronk added. "This will springboard the Twisted brokerage portfolio while also offering a Southwest local outlet for Scorpion and Northstar sales."

The acquisition is strategically timed with Noss Marina's £100M investment in developments, which will create a new 232-berth marina with dry stack facilities. The destination marina will be coupled with a 69-bedroom 4-star hotel with a waterside plaza featuring a piano bar with food served by local award-winning chef Mitch Tonks.

"Noss is set to become a destination resort on the River Dart with Twisted positioning itself as a premier marine brokerage and concierge service at its heart," explained Cronk. "Twisted will be the only one-stop-shop on the marina. From boat purchase and sales, to aftercare and maintenance, we have you covered."

The Dartmouth facility will strengthen Twisted's brokerage capabilities while benefiting from Twisted's resources and expertise. While boat sales and brokerage remain the primary focus, the venue will also be tied to the Salcombe service division, enabling Twisted to offer OEM and main dealer engineering service to Volvo Penta, Yanmar, Honda, and Mercury customers in Dartmouth and Torbay.

Customers can expect the same attention to detail and commitment to excellence that defines the Twisted experience across all its divisions.

This acquisition further strengthens Twisted's position in the marine brokerage sector, creating a network of sales points that offer convenience and consistency for boat buyers and sellers traveling along the south coast.

Twisted remains committed to its philosophy of uncompromising quality and craftsmanship, now bringing these values to the Dartmouth boating community while expanding opportunities for existing Network Yacht Brokers clients.
