The Extraordinary Cure 55 - Seatrial #1

We are thrilled to share some exciting news on the Cure 55 Boat 01.

Last week, we conducted the very first seatrial for the highly anticipated Cure 55, MIYU, in preparation for the handover to her eager new owners. The Cure Marine team, joined by technicians from North Sails and Rope Solutions Rigging Services, boarded MIYU for a spin on the Brisbane River.

Under full mainsail and self-tacking jib the performance was nothing short of impressive, with all on board agreeing that she sailed exactly as expected—stiff, responsive, and remarkably balanced at the helm. MIYU accelerated smoothly out of the tacks, showcasing her agile design. We are incredibly pleased with her performance at this early stage and are eagerly looking forward to testing her in clear, open waters next week.

There’s no doubt that the Cure 55 is a true game changer in the performance catamaran world, setting a new standard with its ability to sail fast while offering exceptional off-grid liveability. If you’re ready to elevate your sailing experience and live life to the fullest, get in touch now and allow us to build your dream boat.

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to put MIYU through her paces!
