Salcombe Yacht Club (SYC) is thrilled to welcome Helly Hansen as the official sponsor for Merlin Rocket Week (28th June - 4th July 2025) and The Merlin Silver Tiller (22-23 March 2025).

Wall-to-wall sunshine and an moderate easterly sets the stage With wall-to-wall sunshine and a F3-4 blowing due east the stage was set for a day of excellent racing. However, while a due east wind normally gives a great sail at the Green, the shifts were to characterise the event. Posted on 13 May

Craftinsure Silver Tiller Round 4 and Allen South East Series Round 3 A fleet of seventeen Merlins headed to Wembley for the next event in Craftinsure Silver Tiller Series, and the third event in the Allen South-East Series. The real highlight, as ever, was the legendary Broadwater lunch Broadwater Sailing Club delivered a warm and sunny welcome to kick off the latest round of the Allen South Eastern Series.
