After the huge success of the first Connected webinar, focused on growing membership, aimed at clubs and how they can boost membership and increase activity on the water, it's nearly time for the second in the series.

Join us on Monday 3rd March at 7pm for the RYA Connected Webinar, 'Increasing Racing Activity'.

On Monday we will hear from Liz Guest, Commodore at Welsh Harp Sailing Club on the exciting and different approach that they are taking to racing, Stephen Blake from Carsington Sailing Club on increasing disabled participation in racing and Nick Lightbody on the growth of the Scorpion Class Association and their individual-centric approach.

This is your chance to hear first-hand what they're doing to make a difference.

Nick Scott, Director of Racing at the RYA is Co-hosting the webinar with me and Gareth Thomas has put this together, so many thanks indeed for his time and energy reviving this important initiative.

How did these series come about?

Back in 2019 and early 2020, together with the RYA, I was part of a hugely successful set of webinars which highlighted how sailing clubs were growing their membership and increasing participation in activities.

How do I watch or participate?

You are welcome to join in, ask questions or just watch. Register for the webinar on Teams here.

Note: Check your Teams is up to date before the webinar otherwise you can have problems seeing slides on presentations.
