Regal Boats honored with multiple 2024 Marine Industry CSI Awards from NMMA

by Regal Boats 25 Feb 23:45 GMT

Regal Boats, a family-owned leading manufacturer of luxury performance boats from 20' to 50', proudly announces its recognition as a 2024 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award recipient in four categories.

Standing in rare company, Regal Boats is one of only two among the 63 recognized boat and engine manufacturers to earn honors in four categories at the Discover Boating Miami International Boat Show.

1. Fiberglass Outboard Boats
2. Ski/Wake/Surf Boats
3. Sterndrive Bowrider Boats
4. Sterndrive Cuddy & Express Boats

Presented by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA), these prestigious awards highlight Regal's continuous commitment to providing exceptional experiences—an ethos directly guided by the company's mission statement:

"With God's help, we will develop an exceptional team dedicated to enriching lives and providing an awesome boating experience."

To earn a Marine Industry CSI Award, manufacturers must achieve a 90% or higher satisfaction rating—based on independent surveys from over 275,000 customers evaluating product quality, sales experience, delivery, and service. This process has resulted in Regal receiving a total of 62 Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Awards since 2001.

"We're deeply honored by this recognition across multiple categories," said Duane Kuck, President & CEO of Regal Boats. "At Regal, our purpose is to 'Honor God & Enrich Lives,' and this achievement is a testament to the passion and dedication of our entire Regal team and our exceptional network of dealerships. Their unwavering commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience—on and off the water—truly enriches lives and reflects the core values that drive everything we do."
