Following the successful debut of the 780 Adventure in the Fall of 2024, the 540 Adventure combines advanced technology, exceptional craftsmanship, and innovative design to set a new standard for long-range and coastal cruising.

Designed and engineered in the Netherlands by Bernd Weel Design, with engineering by Studio Delta Naval Architects and interiors by Julian Moore Design, the 540 Adventure is a masterful blend of advanced technology and timeless elegance.

Engineered for long-range and coastal cruising, it boasts a 2,000 nautical mile range (at ECO speed) and CE Category A Unlimited Ocean certification, offering unparalleled freedom to explore remote destinations or enjoy leisurely journeys closer to home. Known for their forward-thinking approach to yacht design, the Dutch design team, in concert with Outer Reef's design team, have created a vessel that seamlessly blends cutting-edge innovation with timeless aesthetic appeal. Fabricated in FRP and powered by Volvo Penta conventional shaft drive propulsion systems, the 540 Adventure is ideal for remote expeditions as well as more relaxed coastal journeys.

Compact yet versatile, the 540 Adventure is designed to meet the needs of a broader audience, including new cruisers, owner-operators seeking a manageable size, and seasoned owners downsizing for ease of use. As a production style yacht, the 540 Adventure also offers a tailored touch, with a variety of fabrics and veneers available to suit individual tastes.

The yacht features three staterooms, including a full-beam midship master suite, and two well-appointed heads for maximum comfort and functionality during extended stays. Optional crew quarters offer additional flexibility for accommodating guests or staff. Powered by Volvo Penta conventional shaft drive, the 540 Adventure ensures reliable performance, fuel efficiency, and low emissions. With precise handling and advanced navigation and communication systems, the yacht is designed to provide a seamless and safe experience, even in challenging conditions.

"The launch of the 540 Adventure is a milestone for Outer Reef Yachts as we continue to innovate and respond to the needs of today's long-range yacht owners," said Jeff Druek, President and CEO of Outer Reef Yachts. "This model exemplifies our commitment to designing and building yachts that combine exceptional performance, rugged capability, and comfort. We are thrilled to bring this exciting new option to the market and look forward to welcoming a new generation of Outer Reef owners."

The 540 Adventure exemplifies Outer Reef Yachts' dedication to innovation, meeting the modern yacht owner's demand for quality, ease of use, safety, and the renowned Outer Reef pedigree.
