There are boats - and then there are Technohull boats. Combining performance, seaworthiness, style, practicality and finely crafted finish, Technohull offers a range of models that are as comfortable at a high-speed sprint as they are at leisurely cruise.

The company has earned a reputation as one of the world's most innovative and advanced builders of luxury high-performance boats, tenders and chase boats.

Visitors to the Miami International Boat Show (MIBS), running from February 12 to 16, 2025, will have the chance to see first-hand what makes a Technohull so special. The brand will showcase four of its class-leading models at Dock E, including the new Alpha 40, which will make its US debut at MIBS 2025.

Technohull's presence in the United States is expertly represented by KMB Yachting (kmbyachting.com), a leading partner renowned for its exceptional sales services and comprehensive after-sales training and support.

The Alpha 40, a new era in performance and luxury

The 12.1-metre Alpha 40 - featuring its top-end engine configuration, with a pair of Mercury 500R outboards - has made an immediate impact on the highly competitive 40-foot dayboat segment since its formal launch in October 2024, quickly becoming a best seller. Following the shipyard's new design philosophy, the Alpha 40 expertly blends a sleek performance profile with exceptional onboard comfort, expansive deck space, effortless handling and a remarkable cabin below.

The elegant, sweeping carbon hardtop arcs over the helm, providing protection from wind, spray and sun whether under way or at anchor. Meanwhile, the large integrated windscreen ensures outstanding visibility for the helm. The design offers different deck configurations according to preferred use, whether the Alpha 40 is equipped with outboard or inboard engine options. The focus across all configurations is clear: to create multiple guest zones that offer the ultimate luxury dayboat experience. Generous deck spaces allow for comfortable lounging and socializing, with versatile areas that can be customized based on the owner's preferences. Below deck, the Alpha 40 surprises with another standout feature - a spacious cabin that boasts a generous double berth, as well as a separate head compartment with a shower for added convenience and privacy, all beneath an impressive 1.85-meter headroom ensuring ample room to move freely, and an abundance of natural light that creates a bright and inviting atmosphere.

The Alpha 40 features a 3-stepped deep-V Dynastream hull, which delivers exhilarating speeds while also enabling low-speed planing, offering a sublime cruising experience without having to push the throttles to the limit. With engine options up to twin 500-horsepower outboards, an 800-liter fuel capacity, and CE Cat B certification for up to 12 passengers, the Alpha 40 is as practical as it is luxurious. Every detail of the Alpha 40 has been meticulously designed to provide unprecedented luxury comfort, from the ergonomic cabin to the state-of-the-art helm.

"The Alpha 40 embodies our new design philosophy and has been an instant hit with boaters of all kinds since its official launch late last year," says Gerasimos Petratos, CEO of Technohull. "The sophisticated layout allows for incredibly generous deck space, ensuring an ultra-comfortable stay on board, further enhanced by Technohull's meticulous attention to luxury fit and finish. We can't wait to see the reaction of US boaters when they experience the Alpha 40 in person at MIBS."

More models to explore: Alpha 50, 38 Grand Sport and GTX

It's not just the Alpha 40 that will be stealing the limelight at MIBS 2025 - Technohull will also showcase three additional models, each with its own unique appeal.

A major highlight will be the Alpha 50, big sister to the Alpha 40 and the current flagship. First revealed in October 2023 and debuting in the US in March 2024, the Alpha 50 introduced a fresh, modern design philosophy with lithe lines and the standout arcing carbon hardtop with windshield evolving the combination of comfort, style, luxury and high-performance pedigree that have underpinned all the brand's models.

The Alpha 50 offers ample exterior space and expansive lounging areas across a super-wide deck, providing stability without compromising the sharp, sleek design that defines the model's performance. The deck features a generous island sunbed, a spacious aft social area, and an exceptionally large bow sunbed, all designed to offer an unrivaled lounging experience. Below decks a comfortable and luxurious cabin for two come complete with a separate head and shower. Owners can choose an additional guest area under the bow sunbed, offering finely arranged berths for up to two guests. The displayed model boasts the triple Mercury 600 installation, which, combined with the seaworthy yet highly performant optimised hull design, delivers outstanding performance and comfort in all weather conditions. At the helm, the aerodynamic full glass hardtop and shock-absorbing seats ensure a smooth and pleasurable cruising experience for both the driver and guests.

The 38 Grand Sport, meanwhile, brings a dash of further excitement with her twin Mercury 500R installation. Updated with a new, aerodynamically efficient carbon hardtop with a full glass windshield, in line with the latest design language introduced with the Alpha 50, the 38 Grand Sport epitomises Technohull's technical superiority, delivering top speeds and ultimate running comfort.

Designed for absolute speed and control with an evolved Dynastream super deep V hull, the 38 Grand Sport boasts a dynamic, athletic, and super sharp look, reflecting her true racer DNA. The Super-Fast Edition of this model has clocked an astonishing 103 knots, with the standard recreational version comfortably reaching speeds in the range of 90 mph. The helm station is optimized for the driver, featuring premium shock-absorbing bucket seats and multi-display touchscreens, ensuring a focused and exhilarating driving experience. But it's not just about speed—flexibility is also a key feature, with functional deck arrangements and high-quality amenities that make cruising a truly pleasurable experience. Features like underwater lighting and a Fusion entertainment system further elevate the guest experience. A genuine outperformer and a reference point in the market, the 38 Grand Sport is built to satisfy the most demanding speed lovers, offering unmatched quality and well-thought-out amenities that evoke an absolute sense of comfort and exclusivity.

The MIBS 2025 line-up will be completed by the 10.7-metre Technohull GTX, powered by twin Mercury 300s. This impressive boat delivers an unrivalled dayboating experience with exceptional fit and finish in the competitive 10+ metre segment.

With spacious deck areas and multiple guest zones the GTX promises an upgraded cruising experience. The twin-stepped, super-deep-V Dynastream hull ensures all the performance and seaworthiness that have made Technohull boats the go-to choice for discerning boaters across all operational profiles, from family bay-hoppers to superyacht chase boats. The GTX also boasts Technohull's superlative level of finish, including all-round teak decks, top quality equipment and yacht quality details along with luxury amenities that can be further enhanced through options such as premium upholstery, courtesy lights and top-flight entertainment systems.

Technohull will also be attending the 2025 Palm Beach International Boat Show, from 19 to 23 March, with models on display to be confirmed closer to the event.
