LOOKOUT, the leader in marine AI systems for safety, today announced a partnership with Inventech Marine Solutions and its Life Proof Boats brand, that will fundamentally change how operators navigate challenging conditions.

Life Proof's commercial and recreational vessels will now offer LOOKOUT's AI-powered navigation system as an option on its full line of aluminum-hulled RIBs.

The LOOKOUT system is the most powerful AI processor ever deployed on boats. It automatically identifies and tracks buoys, debris, logs, other vessels, whales and more. LOOKOUT highlights hazards directly on the camera's forward-facing view using an intuitive augmented reality display. The system integrates with Garmin, Simrad, Raymarine, and other marine electronics sensors and displays.

"Even the most experienced captains face visibility and perception challenges on the water," said David Rose, CEO of LOOKOUT. "By combining superhuman perception with AI that never tires, we're enabling a level of situational awareness that was previously impossible. We are confident that Life Proof owners and captains will appreciate the added safety knowing that LOOKOUT is always on watch."

"We are thrilled to offer LOOKOUT's innovative marine AI solution as an option for our owners," said Micah Bowers, CEO of Inventech Marine Solutions. "I'm impressed with the object detection accuracy and the easy user interface LOOKOUT provides. Since commercial, law enforcement, and maritime safety crews must be mission-ready regardless of conditions such as heavy weather, fog, and nighttime operations, LOOKOUT is a powerful new situational awareness product our users need."

Life Proof Boats are available in models from 23 to 50 feet, such as open runabouts, center consoles, t-tops, full cabins, walk-around cabins, or the luxurious Yachtline layout. Whether built for the demands of commercial or recreational owners, each vessel is constructed with the highest quality materials, construction techniques, and components.
