Thailand's marine industry has thrown its support to the strategic relocation of the Thailand International Boat Show to Phuket Yacht Haven Marina in 2025 with 50+ boats booked in-the-water, 60+ exhibitors confirmed onshore and an expanded in-water-onshore exhibition space of more than 10,000 sqm.

Taking place 9 - 12 January, 2025 the four-day show is preceded by the Thailand Yachting Conference and Show Gala Dinner, creating a B2B2C platform that connects industry stakeholders and showcases Thailand's marine leisure industry to Thai and international customers.

"The support we've received from the industry this year has been exceptional," commented David Hayes, CEO of Thailand International Boat Show organisers JAND Events. "All the major brokers and brands have confirmed in-the-water with sail and power boats from 24 to 120 feet confirmed to display. We've also expanded the onshore exhibition zone to accommodate increased interest with the air-conditioned area now 50% larger than last year, and it's almost full."

Simpson Marine will be showcasing the largest boat in the show, the Sanlorenzo 90A, which they will display alongside a Bluegame BGX63, a Fairline Squadron 58 and the Fairline Targa 45GT, while Derani Yachts will have two Axopars (the 29 XC Cross Cabin and 37 XC Cross Cabin) along with the Greenline 48 Fly. Joining them in-the-water are Boat Lagoon Yachting with a Princess F65 and a Jeanneau Merry Fisher 1095 Fly, and Motor Field (Thailand) who will be displaying the Saxdor 400 GTO and 320 GTO, as well as launching the YOT 36 at the show.

A newcomer to the industry, co-founded and run by Howard Prime and his Bangkok based business partner, is Primus Marine who have confirmed the largest in-water line-up to date with six boats, including two Aquila and four from the Beneteau range.

The Yacht Sales Co returns with two Fontaine Pajot - the Elba 45 sailing catamaran and the MY 4.S motor catamaran - and one Cora Cat 48, while DCH Marine brings Sunseeker back to the show with a Manhattan 56 and 68 in-the-water. Asia Marine will have the sleek Nimbus T9 for visitors to peruse as well as the Capelli Stradivarius and Galeon 500, while Asia Yachting will be showcasing two Prestige yachts, the X60 and M48.

After a successful premiere at the 2024 show, Extreme Marine returns with three AL DHAENs (the 485CL, the 365CC Windbreaker and the 310 CC) while Lee Marine will show two Rivieras (the 78 MY and the 4600 SY). Leopard Catamarans will show off their 46PC and 53PC, and MCG Marine will display the Azimut Fly 53 and 60.

Other in-water exhibitors include Northrop & Johnson (Atari VI), Marine Xplorer (Nerea NY24), Go Boating (Gulf Craft 36), Fleming Yachts (Fleming 85), Sunreef Yachts (SUNREEF 60) and Flow Yacht Club (De Antonio Yachts D50 Coupe).

Aquella Lakeside Villas, the Standard Residence, Bangtao and SunsetCare are exhibiting onshore and will be complemented by Royal Langkawi Yacht Club showcasing the yachting lifestyle, as well as Awesome Watertoys and SEABOB.

Returning to connect with customers near and far are AMI Marine International Pte Ltd., Cholamark Boat, FleXiteek/ STEK, Hull Co. Ltd., Marine Services Asia, Octopus Electrical Service, Siam Legal, Sitico Pte Ltd., Thailand Privilege, and The ASA Group. Also adding to the excitement, Cessna and Beechcraft by Textron Aviation returns as presenting sponsor of the VIP Lounge which for the first time will be hosted on the Superyacht Lady Eileen II.

Displaying for the first time at the Thailand International Boat Show in 2025 is ACQUA3, Adventure Yachts, ASAP Marine, Galileo Maritime Academy, Frigomar, Red Dot Yachts, Phuket Superyacht Shipyard, Ratanachai Shipyard, Rodim, Twin RHVAC Systems, Wave AVI, Yacht Controller Asia Pacific and ZF Asia Pacific Pte., Ltd., as well as the Seago App - a centralised database for marine contractors and a marketplace for job seekers in the boat industry.

Another first for the 2025 show is that the Exhibitors and Captain's Lounge will be hosted on board the superyacht Free Bird.

Taking place on 8 January, 2025 at Conference Center Hall at Splash Beach Resort, Phuket the second Thailand Yachting Conference will bring together government officials and leading industry professionals from across Thailand and beyond to share insights on regulations, cruising grounds, infrastructure, superyachts, technology and sustainability. This will be followed by a Gala Dinner and kick-off party in the evening at Conference Center Hall at Splash Beach Resort, Phuket.

Speaking of the venue and expectations for the 2025 show, Hayes added, "Phuket Yacht Haven Marina is an excellent venue for not only the event but its location in the north of Phuket also showcases the beauty of Phuket and Phang Nga Bay. Being near the airport and many five-star hotels is convenient for visitors flying in for the show and with this better access and an increase in products on display we expect to see visitor numbers grow, especially from High Net Worth Individuals from across APAC and around Thailand."

The third Thailand International Boat Show A Luxury Lifestyle Event will take place 9 - 12 January, 2025 with the Thailand Yachting Conference and Gala Dinner on the 8th January, 2025. Four days Exhibitor and Captain's Lounge plus 1 Day Conference tickets and Gala Dinner are also available to book now. For more information, visit www.thailandinternationalboatshow.com.
