Winter membership available at Northampton Sailing Club

Northampton Sailing Club is offering winter membership for anyone whose club closes over the winter months, but they don't want to hang up their boots for the season.

Winter membership provides access to the beautiful 600-acre Pitsford Reservoir seven days a week and offers racing in the Winter and Icicle Series on a Sunday.

The usual race format is a 60-minute pursuit race starting at 11am, followed by a 45-minute handicap race, although this may change due to weather conditions. A hearty lunch is available afterwards in the galley and the bar is open.

Winter membership runs from 1st November 2024 through to 1st March 2025. Sailors, wing-foilers, wind-surfers and paddleboarders can join for just £75. Also, anyone deciding to take out full membership at Northampton Sailing Club will receive £30 off the full price for 2025.
