At 3:30 am on Friday, September 13, the IMOCA Fortinet-Best Western dismasted while racing in thirteenth position in the 48h Défi Azimut race. Led by skipper Romain Attanasio, the boat was approaching the "Hervé Laurent" waypoint.

On board, the skipper accompanied by Adrien Bernard (Boat Captain) and Richard Mardens (OBR) are fine. Together with race management and the shore crew, they are doing everything they can to secure the IMOCA Fortinet - Best Western and bring it back to Lorient.
