The Trafalgar Group is excited to announce the completion of the acquisition of Northshore Shipyard, located in Itchenor on Chichester Harbour. This marks a significant milestone for the company as it expands its portfolio and commits to enhancing the local community's boating and waterfront experiences.

Spanning approximately 4 acres, Northshore Shipyard features boatyards, lifting facilities, commercial space, and comfortable office spots. The property includes a deep-water pontoon, two slipways, a café, and commercial buildings totalling 60,000 square feet. This strategic acquisition aligns with The Trafalgar Group's vision of fostering community-focused, sustainable development.

"We are delighted to officially welcome Northshore Shipyard into The Trafalgar Group family," said Jonny Boys, Managing Director of The Trafalgar Group. "This site offers tremendous opportunities, and we are eager to collaborate with stakeholders to realise its full potential."

The Trafalgar Group is committed to preserving the legacy of Northshore Shipyard while introducing new initiatives and improvements that will benefit both local businesses and the community. The focus will be on maintaining the high standards of service and quality that clients have come to expect, as well as exploring innovative ways to enhance the site's offerings.

As the group moves forward, it invites the community to engage and share their thoughts and ideas. A feedback form is available on the website, and everyone is encouraged to participate in shaping the future of Northshore Shipyard.
