Lagoon World Escapade 2024: Three APAC locations recap

As the biggest Lagoon Escapade on a global scale, the Lagoon World Escapade took place on May 17th-19th, 2024, as a special program to celebrate Lagoon's 40th anniversary.

A resounding success: 30 locations worldwide

During the three-day event, there were 30 Escapades hosted around the world's most attractive sailing destinations with over 400 Lagoons being part of it including the entire range represented from the Lagoon 40 to the Seventy 8, plus some classic models.

Many owners who were just traveling on their Lagoons, and joined the local Escapade near to them: power of the Lagoon Global network! More than 2,400 Lagoon Lovers attended the event to share their passion for the sea.

Some fun facts of the Lagoon World Escapade:

  • The biggest Lagoon anchored circle was in the Philippines (17 boats), just followed by Sicily with 16!
  • The biggest Escapade was in Turkey, with 40 boats!
  • The biggest number of Manta rays was in Mexico, with hundreds!
  • The most amazing Lagoon Dance images were coming from Australia!
  • 8,632 Lagoon cocktails were shared during the 3 days!

A real blast: 3 APAC Locations

Our APAC dealers in three countries stepped up and hosted their own escapades on the same dates, together to celebrate the splendid Lagoon sailing lifestyle in the region with our Lagoon owners and sailing enthusiasts, to feel the uplifting sailing vibes, to experience APAC's magnificent coastlines and turquoise waters, to meet old pals and make friends with like-minded owners. Most of all, this was an unprecedented sailing event dedicated to our loyal Lagoon community for your passion and support over the years.

From the floating torii gate in Kanagawa, Japan to the hideaway paradise in Brisbane, Australia and the coastline gems in Luzon Island, the Philippines, let's take a lookback at some of the best moments of the 2024 Lagoon World Escapade APAC Locations.
