Let the boat party begin! A bevy of spectacular boats have assembled on the Gold Coast for this year's highly anticipated Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show 2024.

The traditional 'Bump In' was just a taste of the dazzling marine displays that a crowd of more than 45,000 visitors can expect to see at the Southern Hemisphere's largest boat show, from May 23 to 26.

Johan Hasser, General Manager of Mulpha Events, said he and his team were thrilled to present 102 new product launches, more than 330 exhibitors, 700-plus boats and over 2500 marine products to Show visitors.

"We are very excited about the amazing line-up at SCIBS 2024," he said. "Once again, our exhibitors and partners have come up with the best of the best across luxury superyachts, to smaller recreational vessels and personal watercrafts (PWC), to fishing gear and an incredible variety of luxury lifestyle products. We're confident this will be a winning combination, especially with new offerings such as our Lagoon Beach Club VIP experience."

Mr Hasser said SCIBS continues to attract the sought-after and premium brands of the marine industry along with a selection of complementary luxury lifestyle products including a spectacular line-up from major partner, Bentley Brisbane & Gold Coast. He thanked all those who will be exhibiting their latest products at the Show and extended a warm welcome to both boating aficionados and first-time visitors.

Among the premium brands showcasing new products at SCIBS 2024 will be Riviera Australia.

"On Thursday morning this week, our team will officially showcase our very latest creation, this will be the world premiere of an exceptional new Riviera yacht", said Rivieria Australia's CEO, Rodney Longhurst.

"Our display this year is a grand showcase of yachts from our award-winning collection. From the magnificent 78 Motor Yacht to selected models from our Sports Motor Yacht, SUV, Sport Yacht and Belize collections. Each of these yachts represent our finest yachts and our expert team will be very proud to guide visitors through an inspection during the show," he said.

Horizon Yachts Australia will also display two brand new models - the fast-cruising FD90 yacht and the FD80 yacht. The most expensive boat on display at the Show, the FD90 has been custom built for Australian yachting enthusiasts and represents a fusion of modern design and unrivalled performance. The uniquely Australian-tailored FD80 Yacht can operate as either a private yacht or charter vessel.

"SCIBS represents our largest showcase of Horizon Yachts, boasting the world's most extensive on-water display of our brand," said Chief Operating Officer Erica Rae. "There truly is no other boat show in the world quite like Sanctuary Cove. With its integration of a hotel resort, local restaurants, and boutique shops all within the show gates, it transcends the typical boat show experience to become a destination in its own right. It truly is an unparalled showcase of luxury and innovation in the yachting industry."

Ms Rae added that SCIBS consistently shines for Horizon Yachts, drawing in loyal clients who have previously owned multiple Horizon yachts, and generating leads and sales directly. "Each year, enthusiasts from across Australia and New Zealand fly in to witness the unveiling of our latest and most exciting models," she said.

Also making waves at SCIBS 2024 as it drops the curtain on an all-new product line, is Yellowfin Plate Boats. In its 40th year of production, the brand not only celebrates its rich heritage as Australia's oldest Plate Boat brand, but the future of boating as it raises the bar with new innovations and technologies and ups the complete on-water standard.

"With boats hand built on the Gold Coast what better way to launch the new generation of Yellowfin Plate Boats than in our backyard, on home soil," said Jasmine Buck, marketing brand advisor for Yellowfin. "We want to ensure our boating community gets the best chance of witnessing the line-up first hand, and what better way than at Australia's largest boat show."

From JSW Powersports, showgoers can expect several Australian first debuts from industry leadings brands such as Sea-Doo, Sea Fox, Malibu & Axis, Cobalt and SEABOB.

"SCIBS takes the cake for us when it comes to the boat show calendar," says marketing manager Oliver Bennett. "You simply cannot beat the Gold Coast outdoor atmosphere. It's always a pleasure to see the Sanctuary Cove Marine Village transformed into a boaties playground. The precinct grows each year and the healthy competition between all exhibitors results in an extraordinary showcase for visitors."

Scott Newland, Dealer Principal of Bentley Brisbane & Gold Coast, major sponsors of the Show, said for the past twelve years, Bentley Brisbane & Gold Coast, part of Autosports Group, have proudly served as the major sponsor of the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show (SCIBS).

This premier marine event epitomises luxury and innovation while remaining fun and family-friendly. Our enduring partnership highlights Bentley Brisbane & Gold Coast's commitment to excellence, luxury, and supporting local initiatives that our customers enjoy. This year, we are delighted to be showcasing the unique Flying Spur V8 Mulliner, Continental GT V8 S and the latest and most luxurious Bentayga V8 EWB.

We are honoured to be a part of this remarkable event for over a decade, and we can't wait to see what SCIBS 2024 brings this week."
