Magic Marine, a prominent name in marine apparel and accessories, has announced its sponsorship of the RS Feva World Championships 2024 for the second year in a row.

The 2024 Championship is being held in the Netherlands - which is also the homeland of Magic Marine. Founded in 1989 by a group of avid sailors, Magic Marine took-off on the beaches of the Netherlands, evolving into the innovative global performance manufacturer that it is today. Driven by sailors, for sailors, the brand values align with RS Sailing, and the International RS Feva Class are delighted to share their passion for the sport of sailing with the brand.

Enthusiastic young sailors, their families, and their supporters, will descend on Bruinisse for the RS Feva World Championships, 26th July - 1st August 2024, hosted by Aquavitesse and organised by Kralingsche Zeilclub and KWVL (Koninklijke Watersport Vereeniging Loosdrecht). The global gathering currently has participation from 20 nations around the world, with over 130+ teams on the entry list.

Magic Marine's commitment to the sport, and its support for the RS Feva Class in particular, highlights the company's dedication to supporting the growth and development of sailing at all levels.

The RS Feva World Championships have long been revered as a platform for nurturing young sailing talent and has allowed many sailors to showcase their skills on an international stage. With its racy design and excellent handling characteristics, the RS Feva has gained popularity as an ideal boat for young sailors to hone their skills and transition into higher-level competitions. Recognised by World Sailing, it is the fastest growing double-handed youth class internationally.

The RS Feva pathway has lead sailors such as Olympic Gold Medallists GBR Eilidh McIntyre (Women's 420 Class) and ITA Ruggero Tita (Nacra) to excel in their classes with Olympic hopefuls such as GBR Freya Black (49er FX) and James Peters (49er) hoping to gain their place on the podium in the 2024 Olympics.

Magic Marine's involvement in the RS Feva World Championships will extend to the provision of exclusive merchandise and technical assistance. Participating sailors can expect to benefit from Magic Marine's extensive expertise and specialised products, ensuring they have access to the best possible kit to compete at the highest level.

Sponsorship plays a vital role in the success of sailing events, particularly those centered around youth sailors. With Magic Marine's backing, the RS Feva World Championships will be able to elevate the overall experience for participants and spectators alike.

As the date draws nearer, anticipation among sailors, coaches, and sailing enthusiasts continues to build. The event will not only provide a competitive platform for our RS Feva sailors but also encourage their personal growth, teamwork, and passion for the sport. Magic Marine's commitment to the RS Feva Class shines through its sponsorship, as it invests in the future of the sport and inspires the next generation of sailors to reach new levels of performance on the water.
