Grand Inflatable Boats, a leading European manufacturer of premium fiberglass rigid inflatable boats (RIBs), is opening a new sales and distribution office on the Gold Coast, Australia.

Currently available in over 40 countries, the premium RIB brand adds an Australian operation to its portfolio, empowering the brand's presence in Australian waters with their range of luxury yacht tenders, family leisure boats and commercial RIBs.

"Grand's move into the Australian market is a response to the growing demand and interest we are seeing for leisure and commercial RIBs in the region. We're a brand internationally renowned for our quality materials and approach, and we're incredibly proud to be expanding into Australia to offer our range of premium, practical dayboats to customers across the region." says Dmitriy Borodin, Grand International Sales Manager.

Founded over 23 years ago in Ukraine, Grand's versatile choice of RIBs range from luxury yacht tenders starting at 3m, to high-performance adventure boats, and recreational family RIBs up to 9m. Perfect for those in search of elevated comforts, superior quality, and optimized handling on the water, Grand specializes in fiberglass deep v hulls and UV-resistant Hypalon tubes, whilst priding themselves on their practical use of space and distinctive approach to styling.

The high-end boat brand is committed to innovation and product development, which can be seen in the launch of their latest model - the Grand G680 - unveiled in September 2023. Set to be one of Grand's international bestsellers, this centre console RIB delivers a modern cruising experience and brings rejuvenation to their mid-size range, with the inclusion of modern premium comforts rarely seen on boats of its size.

"From new product launches to this expansion into the Australian market, it's an incredibly exciting time for Grand Boats which I am thrilled to be part of," states Daniel Arscott, recently appointed the Managing Director for Grand Boats Australia.

"Grand has the potential to be a real disruptor in the modern luxury leisure boat market, and we're looking forward to developing new partnerships as we bring Grand Boats into the Australian region."

Available in Australia from June 2024, Grand RIBs will have its national debut later this year at The Sydney International Boat Show 2024.
