Edmiston, the world leader in yacht brokerage, announces 12 yacht sales over 30m (100ft) in as many weeks, closing the first quarter of 2024 well ahead of the same period in the previous year and outstripping its worldwide competition.

Edmiston maintains a 25% global market share of all yachts sold in 2024, and a 45% market share of all yachts sold globally in excess of 45m. The yachts that Edmiston lists for sale continue to sell twice as fast as the industry average which is a continuation of the last three years.

Edmiston's notable sales include Perini Navi's 56m performance cruiser Rosehearty, the largest sailing yacht sold so far this year. The 62m RoMa, by Italian shipyard VSY, sold in little over a month. Also sold by Edmiston this year are My Loyalty from Heseen's popular 5000 range, an excellent example of a six-cabin, sub-500 GT yacht built to the highest Northern European standards, and previously only in private use before her sale; and Amels' 54m Addiction, refitted in 2022, a stately yacht of exceptional elegance designed by Tim Heywood with signature sweeping lines, and accommodation for 12 guests with a crew of 13.

Alex Koersvelt, Commercial Director for Edmiston, comments: "Edmiston has built a strong team that works hard and closely together, and genuinely supports each other to achieve success. We maintain our track record of selling inventory twice as fast as the industry average. When you have a conversation with an owner who is looking to sell and they perform their due diligence, this is compelling rationale for choosing to work with Edmiston."

Edmiston has started the second quarter with another exceptional selection of yachts for sale. This includes Feadship's first hybrid, and first hybrid yacht, the multiple award-winning 83.5m Savannah, whose interior credentials amplify both visual and personal experiences with peerless use of glass in its underwater observation lounge and wide vista across four decks.

Amels' Come Together, a 60m full displacement motor, is the first yacht in a new generation of Amels 60 limited editions superyachts with a pioneering hybrid propulsion system.

Feadship's 58m W presents in 'as new' condition, offering on-water living at its finest - from her Feadship quality to her copious deck spaces and inviting interior.

Edmiston also supports on various new build projects, such as Project Secret, which is due to launch to the market in 2025. Penned by Philippe Briand, the only designer to have been awarded 'best yacht design of the year' 15 times, this luxury superyacht's good looks are complemented by a hybrid parallel propulsion system.
