Arcadia Yachts signs a partnership agreement with the Italian Yacht Group

by Arcadia Yachts 20 Mar 2024 14:25 GMT

Arcadia Yachts has entered into an agreement with The Italian Yacht Group relating to the Campania-based brand's futuristic boats bound for US waters.

The agreement between the shipyard headed by Ugo Pellegrino, famous for its sustainable approach and its dive to innovate, and the boutique brokerage firm rooted in the thirty-year experience of American professionals who love the Italian way of yachting, will be presented at the upcoming Palm Beach Boat Show.

Arcadia Yachts is proud to announce that it has signed an important partnership agreement with The Italian Yacht Group, the American boutique brokerage firm founded by George Jousma.

The shipyard based on the Sorrento coast, renowned worldwide for its ability to innovate and its commitment to wellness and green technology - stand-out features of the yard's latest revolutionary project, A96 - has a presence on practically every continent, from the Mediterranean to Hong Kong via the Caribbean, Mexico and Australia, and this new agreement confirms the brand's international reach.

The Italian Yacht Group, which has locations on the East Coast in Florida (in Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach) and in New York (Sag Harbor), is built on the thirty-year experience of American professionals who love the Italian way of yachting and are convinced of the importance of putting the customer at the centre of the whole process, providing support from the start of the transaction through to delivery of the yacht.

Francesco Frediani, Arcadia Yachts CCO, commented: "In recent years, we've worked hard to promote our brand in America and we're particularly proud of this agreement. We believe that The Italian Yacht Group is in the ideal position to present not only the technical features of our models to American owners, but above all our idea of wellness and slow yachting. The top management of this firm is the perfect partner to channel our high-end boutique culture and products characterised by superior build and finishing quality."

George Jousma, Founder and President of The Italian Yacht Group said "As North America's Leader in Italian Yachts, part of our mission has been to introduce some of Italy's most iconic yacht brands to the Americas. As such, we've been very pleased to engage with the leadership team at Arcadia Yachts, and we've worked closely with them at their Naples area shipyard. We're impressed by the Arcadia team's out-of-the-box thinking and uniquely innovative designs. Their models bring outdoor and indoor spaces together in very interesting and pleasing ways. And while their styles are captivating, it's the company's commitment to providing an 'Arcadian' or perfect yachting experience that we are most impressed with. In many respects, we also see Arcadia Yachts as a keeper of the rich tradition of world-class Italian shipbuilding".

The new agreement will be presented at the upcoming Palm Beach Boat Show, scheduled for March 21 to 25.
