The Royal Western Yacht Club of England have been chosen to host the 4000 Nationals in Plymouth.

The 4000 Class will be joined by National Championships for both the D1 and ISO Class Dinghies to compete over a three-day event on June 28, 29 and 30th. The event will be held in Plymouth Sound National Marine Park and will feature committee boat starts with marks laid across the Sound to optimise the racing area and tactics of all competitors.

The event will see a large number of competitors travel from all over the country to enjoy a weekend of great racing, social events, and a Class Dinner.

Race Director, Sam Hannaford said, "This event is among many being hosted from the Royal Western during 2024, including our annual Allspars Final Fling Regatta of which many of these classes take part in. Once again, we are pleased to work in partnership with Queen Anne's Battery, MDL Marinas to support this event and allow dry storage of all boats over the event weekend".

With a proven formula, a spectacular setting and great race management, the 3 national championships are in for a fantastic regatta.
