Bennington Pontoons receives NMMA Marine Industry CSI Award

Bennington, North America's leading manufacturer of pontoon boats, has announced today that it has been recognized for a National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award. The award, given for superior customer satisfaction throughout the year, was announced on Thursday, February 15th during the Innovation Awards Breakfast at the 2024 Miami International Boat Show.

"We are proud of the work our team has put in to elevate our customers' experiences, matching the quality of the boats that carry the Bennington logo," said Michael Shedivy, General Manager, Bennington Marine. "We are proud to say that we have earned 22 consecutive CSI Awards - every year since the program's inception. Being recognized by the NMMA with another CSI Award is truly a testament to our support and sales staff, our dealers and technicians and the loyalty of our customers."

The Marine Industry CSI Awards honor boat and engine manufacturers who actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve their customers. Award recipients achieved an independently measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine during the period between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023.
