The RS Class Association are delighted to announce that Sailing Chandlery will be continuing their support of the RS200 Northern Tour and will be returning as the title sponsors for 2024.

2023 saw 130 sailors from 24 clubs (ranging from East Lothian to Draycote) battle it out with close racing throughout the fleet. Overall, the Dad and daughter duo Chris and Evie Pickles came out on top thanks to three event wins from three and they will undoubtedly be looking to retain their Tour title this coming year.

2024 promises to be another fantastic year which sees a mix of one and two-day events. The fleet head to Ullswater YC for the season opener and Northern Championships on 27th and 28th April. The event is also part of the Stewart Brewing Scottish Tour and the Rooster Championship Tour so promises to draw some of the best RS200 sailors from around the country to one of the UK’s most scenic inland venues. The Tour will also be heading to Anglesey for the first time to catch the last of the summer sun at Red Wharf Bay on 7th September 2024. A host of classic and popular northern venues make up the rest of the tour.

Make sure to save the date – we hope to see you on the water soon!
