Specialist galley manufacturer GN Espace is bringing a range of energy-saving electric induction and popular proven LPG marine cookers and ovens to boot Düsseldorf this January.

Amongst them is the brand new Levante Built-in. The company's smallest electric oven to date the Levante is ideal for yacht and motorboat owners wanting to upgrade their LPG oven or microwave to a full electric oven. At only 45cm wide, the Levante Built-in is a space efficient and fast heating multifunction oven providing a real 'home from home' cooking experience.

Despite using only 1250W the oven reaches 200 degreesC in eight minutes. The Levante Built-in is a perfect match to the range of super-efficient and sleek induction hobs from GN Espace.

Alongside the cooker and oven ranges at boot Düsseldorf the company is showing its innovative Gastronorm space saving sink systems. These and every GN Espace galley product are finished to an exceptionally high standard and are chosen not just by prestige yacht builders and superyacht designers around the world, but also boat owners looking to upgrade from their existing equipment. Stylish looks seamlessly integrate to create a smooth through-galley workflow combining performance with the practicality needed for catering on the water.

For more than fifteen years GN Espace has pioneered development to overcome the considerable challenges of using electric power at sea, optimising the available technology and construction methods of its electric cooker and oven ranges to ensure there is no compromise to cooking results. The result is an appliance which performs in the same way as would be expected in a home kitchen.

The team at GN Espace looks forward to welcoming visitors to boot Düsseldorf on their stand D01 in Hall 10.
