Besenzoni launches its new Atelier division

by Besenzoni 1 Dec 2023 11:26 GMT

Besenzoni continues to expand its business and launches its new Atelier division, having acquired the renowned company Tappezzeria Nautica Patelli and having incorporated it into the organisation, to provide even more 'tailor-made' solutions for all its customers.

Besenzoni celebrates the launch of a new division: Tappezzeria Patelli. This acquisition marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter in the company's history. Tappezzeria Patelli has therefore merged with Besenzoni, thus becoming part of a well-established brand renowned for its expertise in luxury marine components.

Tappezzeria Patelli is a widely recognised name in the Sarnico area, with almost 70 years in the business. From being a local manufacturer, it has grown over the years and now boasts a prestigious international portfolio of clients, producing state-of-the-art accessories for both yachts and beautiful classic sailing boats.

Besenzoni has always been committed to designing innovative products that aren't just stylish, but also improve the owner's experience on board, focusing on achieving the highest quality and highlighting its long-term strategy of Made in Italy production: it has a well-deserved reputation for designing and producing accessories for boats and yachts, including its exclusive pilot seats that require meticulous care in the selection of materials and finishes. With the opening of the new Atelier division, the décor will also be tailor-made according to specific customer requests and needs, through a tailoring process that combines mass production with individual items created by the synergy between designers and end users.

According to Giorgio Besenzoni, the company's CEO: "The incorporation of Tappezzeria Patelli and the creation of a special Atelier division is a choice that stems from our desire to maintain a high level of quality and a broad portfolio of products by developing innovative technologies, digitising processes and improving our corporate governance. The customisation of the products, thanks to our careful supervision and the work of expert upholsterers, will also enable us to create more unique and special products, using exclusive patterns and materials if requested by the owners.

Our primary goal will always be to preserve the artisan essence of products made with great attention to detail, while respecting traditions and without ever betraying our passion for our craft".

The number of the Sarnico-based company's divisions have increased with the opening of the Atelier Division. In addition to this: Unica - Unique Yachts Accessories, whose strength lies in its proven ability to develop entirely customised and tailor-made solutions for superyachts;? Be Electric for the development and manufacturing of products with a reduced environmental impact thanks to their exclusive electric operation; and Customer Service Division, through which the Sarnico-based company provides shipowners with a valuable point of reference anywhere in the world for any technical support relating to Besenzoni products installed on board.
