Accepting the award, Dealer Principal Matt Mrozinski said: "The constant refinement in every aspect of Riviera yachts over the past 10 years has been extraordinary. Our customers are telling us that Riviera is regarded as the premium brand in the sport yacht and luxury motor yacht market for design, engineering, finish and support."

He said the entire Riviera team in Australia and in the Americas were focussed on their customers. "We have been a Riviera dealer representative for nearly 20 years. Being able to represent a yacht line that you are proud of, that it is very well-supported, that is among the very best in the world; seeing the real joy experienced by our Riviera owners, is our team's reward."

Richard Madden from Bosun's Marine in the US State of Massachusetts was awarded for Service Excellence by an Individual. Dealer Principal Steve Chase said: "Richard is a master technician and is totally dedicated to keeping our Riviera customers' yachts in peak condition; always ready for their next adventure.

"Richard won this award not just for his great service ethic, but also for his attitude during the handover and delivery to our new owners; providing comprehensive training for them in the operation of their yachts."

My personal approach is to make the process of purchasing a new yacht as easy as possible, working together as a team across our entire dealership.

"I love to see our owners out on the water enjoying their yachts. They often send me pictures of their adventures, which is awesomely rewarding."

Dealer Principal Bryan Braley said: "We have proudly represented Riviera yachts for over 10 years. Our philosophy is that we partner with our yacht owners through their yachting journey to ensure their ultimate boating enjoyment.

"The quality of Riviera motor yachts today is second-to-none. If you walked through the entire Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, you wouldn't find a motor yacht that compared for quality, comfort and style."

We hold this in the British Virgin Islands where hundreds of boats cruise to the island of Virgin Gorda to be a part of our full-day family event. More than 16 Riviera yachts rafted together this year to share in all the fun and celebrations," said Wally.

"Our team loves to represent Riviera. There is a special wow factor in every yacht."
