The FAREAST 28R European Sailing Championship's second day in Limassol marked a historic moment as the first international sailing competition for this class in Cyprus.

The day showcased favorable weather conditions with a consistent breeze of 12 to 14 knots, enabling the completion of four successful races.

After a day of competition, Par Svardson emerged as the leader, who demonstrated exceptional performance, amassing a total of 8.0 points.

Closely tailing behind, Ryzkhov Nikolai secured the second position with 16.0 points, showcasing a commendable display of sailing expertise. The competition remained fierce, and Sergei Kostevitch clinched the third spot with 18.0 points, adding to the overall intensity of the championship.

As the FAREAST 28R European Sailing Championship progresses, the competitors are set to face more challenges, providing an exciting narrative for sailing enthusiasts and establishing a new chapter in the maritime history of Cyprus.
