The third day of Helly Hansen Chester Race presented torrential downpours and tropical temperatures, but the breeze came in and the wind was steady throughout the day.

Pat Nelder, On-water Chair of Chester Race Week, comments, "Despite the challenging weather conditions the wind was consistent and the overall racing was terrific. We have some highly competitive classes as we look ahead to our final day, including a current tie for first place between Deviation and Jane in Distance 1."
