Leading leisure marine insurance specialist Pantaenius have recently announced their exclusive partnership with Oyster Yachts. This association commemorates the 50th anniversary for Oyster and further reinforces a long term relationship between the two organisations.

The strength of this collaborative partnership is thanks to the complete understanding of the specific requirements an Oyster owner has by Pantaenius. Extensive synergy has evolved and become established between both brands, sharing the same values and ethos within their organisations. Pantaenius UK is itself a family-owned company that has been operating for more than 50 years and involved in helping Oyster owners from the outset.

With regular attendance planned at a number of Oyster events, there will be numerous opportunities to meet the Pantaenius team in person and discuss marine matters first-hand. Their ongoing support sees Pantaenius as sponsorship partners at the Oyster Palma Regatta in September, which commemorates this epic 50 year milestone. Based out of Porto Adriano, Oyster owners, families and friends will come together to celebrate their love of these exceptional bluewater cruisers over four days of wonderful racing, with a collective Oyster spirit encouraging sailors of all abilities.

The Pantaenius Group and Oyster Yachts are excited to build on their unique relationship which will no doubt create enhanced opportunities for collaboration and reinforcement across both brands.

Simon Hedley, Head of Commercial Partnerships at Pantaenius UK commented "I have sailed for almost as long as Oyster have existed and keenly followed the progress of this respected brand for decades. This makes me, along with our whole team, so proud of this strengthening association. I'm looking forward to meeting more of the Oyster staff across their 4 UK sites in the coming weeks to further understand the needs of Oyster owners.

Offering policyholders 24/7 emergency claims support to ensure immediate and relevant advice day or night, Pantaenius UK provides a fully in-house service without the use of automated phone systems or call centres. Indeed many of their staff are sailors and boaters with great experience within the marine industry. Additionally the Pantaenius Group works with over 35,000 trusted partners, meaning they can deliver the best support to over 100,000 policyholders no matter where they may be in the world.
