The Gill Catamaran Open at Grafham Water SC has moved from its traditional autumn slot to 15/16th July this year. This event has a reputation for being extremely sociable with highlights including an evening meal, open bar and on-site camping.

Last year the event attracted a good number of number of Formula 18s, assorted Nacras, A class (classics and foiling) Spitfires and Tornados. Plenty of high speed competitive racing is on offer.

But the fun doesn't stop when the racing ends. Grafham Water Sailing Club is renowned for its warm and welcoming community, and this event is no exception. With a social dinner on the Saturday and the bar open, you'll have plenty of opportunities to mingle with fellow sailors and talk a good race. The event is being sponsored by Gill Marine and a good range of prizes will be on offer.
