Victorian School Team Sailing State Championships at Mornington Yacht Club

Mornington Yacht Club hosted its third regatta in just 7 weeks, this time the Victorian School Team Sailing State Championships. 18 Pacer dinghies, 24 teams, over 170 kids, almost 200 races, hundreds more hamburgers and a thousand more smiles.

Schools came from Geelong and all over Melbourne to compete in a 3 vs 3 boat format over the 3 days, Friday 31st March through to Sunday 2nd April.

Well done to the Championship winners Brighton Grammar School, but such a great result for all the young sailors who participated, representing their school and gaining so much experience.
