Global shipping and logistics experts, Peters & May, is excited to be continuing its relationship in support of the Cape 31 class this year, renewing as Exclusive Gold Partners. The loyal shipping partner, which is also celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2023, provides unsurpassed logistics by arranging tailored shipping solutions to ensure efficient and professional handling of each vessel.

"Off the back of a successful 2022 season the Cape 31 Class are pleased that Peters & May will be extending their class partnership and upgrading to International Partners. Quite fitting really as Peters & May have been helping us deliver boats internationally for almost 3 years now.

"During 2022 Peters & May safely delivered more than 20 Cape 31's. They have also helped to get owners to Key West Regatta and the Caribbean to make sure they can keep racing over the winter. We're privileged to be part of their 50th year celebrations and look forward to keeping the fleet racing around the world with Peters & May." Said Tor Tomlinson Cheney, Cape 31 Class.

Incredibly impressed at the progression the class has demonstrated over the years, Peters & May is excited to be involved in the first Cape 31 USA class event. The race, which kicked off on Monday 16th January, saw participating teams traveling from all over the world. Peters & May shipped four Cape 31's from Southampton to Port Everglades, ready to participate in the 2023 Southernmost Regatta.

Anthony Spillebeen, Racing Division Business Consultant said, "The Cape 31 class is an outstanding class. Peters & May is proud to be associated with them and delighted to be continuing its partnership. We were immediately aware of the potential and interest the Cape 31 class would receive from the market when we first heard about it in 2018.

"Leveraging our fifty years of heritage, experience, and strategically placed offices worldwide, our team knows all there is on how to best execute shipping and logistics, delivering boats safely and in a timely manner. We strive to minimise the stress for all entrants and boaters alike, getting them out on the water as quickly as possible, whether that be in the UK, the Caribbean, or anywhere else on the globe."

Peters & May has worked with major yachting series and events for fifty years, shipping boats and their equipment across the globe to support competitors. Whether you need your boat shipped to meet you at the starting line, shipped home once you have finished, or both trips, Peters & May are at your disposal and will find the right solution that works for you.
