2023 Contender World Championship at Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club - Day 4

by Ed Presley 21 Jan 11:18 GMT 16-20 January 2023

Day 4 at the 50th Contender Worlds brought another light air day and allowed for major shifts in the results! Hear from a couple of the big movers, and what famous sailing venue does Luca believe the Swan River emulates?

Light winds in the morning and building in the afternoon, it was moving day with 3 race completed. Lots of sailors finding the change in conditions tough to love but of course not all. Consistency is the key and that man Mark Bulka has it on tap, he remains top, with Simon Barwood chasing. Big winner of the day is Luca Bonezzi who banked a 1st and 3rd.
