Kiel Week stands for cosmopolitan sporting spirit and special maritime experiences. As a premium and mobility partner, Audi will continue to help ensure that the big summer and sailing festival is a joint voyage of discovery for all Kielers and guests. The cooperation between the two strong partners will be extended for another two years.

"Audi and Kiel Week - it's a perfect match. I am delighted that we can continue to rely on this proven and trusting partnership in the coming years. In 2023, Audi will once again enrich our big participatory event with a lot of drive and its shuttle and trailer service in the city center and in Schilksee," explains Kiel's Lord Mayor Ulf Kämpfer.

"In addition to sport, Kiel Week and Audi are linked first and foremost by the issue of sustainability: While Kiel Week was once again awarded the Platinum Certificate of the Sailor for the Sea Organization for its sustainable activities, we at Audi have made a clear commitment to electromobility. We are convinced that the future is electric. Accordingly, we are systematically driving forward our e-roadmap. Sportiness and sustainability therefore form the basis for our strong partnership. I am very pleased to be able to build on the many successful moments of the past years with this cooperation over the next two years," says Philipp Noack, Head of Sales Germany at AUDI AG.

Dirk Ramhorst, Head of Organization of Kiel Week Regattas adds, "Since sustainability and innovation are just as important to Audi as they are to the state capital Kiel and to us as organizers of Kiel Week Regattas, we look forward to working together to further advance the sustainable orientation of Kiel Week over the next two years."
