Saturday Summer Series

New for 2023! Starting in July, the NWMC Boatshop will be offering classes every Saturday leading up to Wooden Boat Festival. This 7-week series allows students to get their feet wet in a number of areas, while getting their questions answered and building new skills.

Weekend workshops

Spend your weekend in the Boatshop learning new skills or polishing up existing ones with our Weekend Workshops on topics from spar building and wooden boat joinery to marine finishes and outboard maintenance.

Boatshop build workshops

Our Boatshop Build Workshops offer the opportunity to craft a variety of skin-on-frame vessels and other boats of your choosing while receiving professional guidance from our Boatshop crew.
