Suntex Marina Investors, LLC (Suntex), the premier owner and operator of best-in-class marina properties, announced today that it has purchased Green Cove Marina in Brick, New Jersey.

This acquisition builds on several other recent acquisitions by Suntex on the Jersey Shore.

Green Cove is a full-service marina along the New Jersey coastline that has approximately 250 slips ranging from 14- to 46-feet. The pet-friendly property's amenities include locking security gates, a fuel dock, and a full-service department. The property has a 25-ton travel lift for larger vessels and its current winter storage operation hauls boats out of the water and conveniently stores them behind their slips. For further convenience each slip has optional electric service of 110V; 20, 30 and twin 30-amp service. In addition, guests can enjoy an air-conditioned bath house with showers and a swimming pool, Wi-Fi and a beautiful picnic area.

"Within the past several months we have made significant investments in properties along the Jersey Shore, including the purchase of the Channel Club Marina and Key Harbor Marina," said Sam Chavers, Senior Vice President, Operations, Suntex Marinas. "Green Cove is very popular with its loyal patrons, and we are very excited to be able to lend to the facility our unique and caring management style. We are confident that this property will continue to be successful as we add our significant resources towards improving on the grounds."

Green Cove is conveniently located within minutes of popular boating areas, such as F-Cove, Tices Shoal, T-Cove, Treasure Island, Manasquan Inlet and Windward Beach. The property is situated on approximately 8.5 acres and is located within a fully protected, natural breakwater located on the Metedoconk River which leads into Barnegat Bay.
