Rope4Boats to sponsor the RS400 Southern Tour

The RS Class Association are delighted to announce that Rope4Boats will be the title sponsor of the popular Rope4Boats RS400 Southern Tour 2023.

Thanks to the hard work of RS400 Southern Rep, Chris Eames and the co-operation of our host clubs, the dates for the 7 event tour have already been published on the RS400 calendar.

The tour starts at QMSC with a train and race weekend, perfect for those new to the boat or to the tour as well as for seasoned sailors to kick start their season. There will be a supply of Rope4Boats RS400 specific rope kits available for anyone wishing to upgrade or replace items during the event.

Following successful sponsorship of the Inland Championships in 2021 and 2022, the dinghy sailing rope specialists Rope4Boats have also extended their sponsorship for another year and will be title sponsors for the Rope4Boats RS100, RS200 and RS800 Inlands at Grafham Water SC and Rope4Boats RS100 and RS700 Inlands at Chew Valley.

As well as supplying a large range of rope by the metre, Rope4Boats also make replacement simple by offering a 'Rope by Class' menu where sailors can select from a range of pre-cut class legal options. For example RS400 sailors can select a 1:1 or 2:1 dyneema main halyard, or a standard 8mm evo performance mainsheet, or a race upgrade swiftcord mainsheet, in a variety of colours, including RS magenta - easy gift options for your Christmas list!
