At the Southampton International Boat Show I talked with Sam Norton, the ITCA (GBR) Chair, Russ Dent of Topper Sailboats and Jeremy Entwistle of GJW Direct about the Topper class.

Originally designed by Ian Proctor in 1977, the Topper continues to be a popular dinghy for sailors young and old, attracting big fleets for a range of UK and International events.
