Sanlorenzo is back in the spotlight at the 62nd Genoa Boat Show, one of the most important events in the sector, which this year is scheduled to take place from 22nd to 27th September 2022. At the Ligurian kermesse the shipyard will be showcasing a fleet of more than 10 vessels, including two new models, presented at the Cannes Yachting Festival and making their debut in Italy, born from the company's responsible approach: SD90 and SP110.

In an ongoing quest for a greener and more conscientious future, Sanlorenzo presents two extremely innovative boats, the result of an extensive study of solutions aimed at reducing consumption and minimising environmental impact as much as possible through the use of recycled materials, while never losing sight of the exclusivity of the products made and the importance of the experience on the open sea.

SD90 is the entry-level of the semi-displacement navette range that bears the signature of Zuccon International Project for the exterior design and Patricia Urquiola for the interior. The third chapter in a success story that began with the SD96 and SD118, the SD90 is a project that focuses on transversal technological efficiency, both in terms of the hull, developed in collaboration with Philippe Briand, and in terms of the research into materials.

Structured over two and a half decks, the SD90 features an open fly bridge, lower deck and main deck. The layout is designed to guarantee maximum liveability on board, as can be seen from the new features introduced both externally and internally that give a totally new perception of space compared to the other navettes in the same range.

The SD90's interiors are designed by Patricia Urquiola with an approach based on three main concepts: transformability, connection with the sea and circularity of materials. The flexibility of the SD90's interiors allows the boat to adapt to the different needs of those who will live in it, evolving and transforming itself through novel solutions of furnishings and configurations. The spaces are permeated by a style strongly evocative of the marine world, which in every detail seeks the maximum connection between interior and exterior, and great care was taken in the design to research and use raw materials from alternative sources.

Pursuing research into the development of low environmental impact technologies but never neglecting the importance of the driving and sailing experience, Sanlorenzo presents the SP110. The shipyard's first open coupé, opening the door to the world of sports yachts, the SP110 is part of the "Smart Performance" range that combines innovation and sustainability with a design that favours maximum comfort.

SP110 is a project, born from Tilli Antonelli's experience, which aims to guarantee the highest performance with the maximum energy efficiency, thanks to the use of fractional motorisation, the development of a hull optimised for hydrojet propulsion and the use of lightweight materials. The exteriors designed by Bernardo Zuccon render tangible from the very first glance the strongly emotional character of this vessel which combines attention to sustainability with unparalleled liveability.

The interiors designed by Piero Lissoni are characterised by decidedly unexpected spaces and are arranged on two levels that are not separated from each other, creating a "vertical loft" that facilitates and simplifies conviviality, for an interior and exterior liveability that is unequalled on a boat of this type. The layout is totally unique, consisting of large areas that can be utilised in a variety of ways, and is characterised by a minimalism that perfectly embraces the overall design philosophy of the SP110 and embodies Sanlorenzo's vision in which the founding principles of sustainability, comfort and exclusivity converge.

Completing the fleet on view in Genoa will be nine examples representing the technological innovation, tailor-made approach and tradition that have always strongly distinguished Sanlorenzo yachts.

  • SL78 and SL86 are part of the planing range in which elegant, balanced lines complement the innovations introduced on board.
  • SL90A, SL96A, SL106A and SL120A interpret the concept of asymmetry developed by the shipyard, the introduction of a layout that breaks all conventions to revolutionise the concept of liveability on board.
  • SD96, the semi-displacement navetta that offers unexpected space compared to boats of the same size and an incomparable balance between design and volume.
  • SX76 and SX88 are the shipyard's crossover models in which the main deck is conceived as a single, continuous environment from stern to bow. The wide-open spaces and large glass surfaces create a perfect dialogue between interior and exterior.
