YachtsandYachting.com's Mark Jardine talks to Ocean Safety Ambassador Dee Caffari MBE and Ocean Safety MD Alistair Hackett to get a better understanding of the safety features needed onboard yachts, whether racing at Cat 0 or Cat 4, clearing up any misconceptions of what's needed and what to do in an emergency.

Competing in both Cat 3 and Cat 1 races this season, Dee discusses how she manages her onboard safety equipment to meet the differing requirements for each category, while Alistair explains how safety equipment has changed dramatically over the years making it easier to use.

A must for anyone racing inshore or offshore this year, anywhere in the world.
