Brisbane Marine has demonstrated its pedigree by going back-to-back in earning Mercury Marine's most prestigious award, The Australian Dealer of the Year for 2021.

A giant in the boating industry in Queensland, and in Australia, Brisbane Marine is the one-stop shop for Mercury products, boats, trailers, marine parts, and electronics. They continue their track record of success having previously won the Mercury Dealer of the Year 2020, and Queensland Dealer of the Year 2021.

The awards and recognition for excellence are plentiful - and for good reason. Brisbane Marine had another remarkable year of growth in 2021, following a fantastic year in 2020. Mercury Marine's Director of Sales David Meehan said it's no surprise that Brisbane Marine is being recognised nationally for the second time.

"We'd like to wish the whole team congratulations at Brisbane Marine for their incredible commitment to boating excellence," David said.

"Brisbane Marine spent 2021 building its foundations to reach an even stronger position. By furthering their reputation for outstanding service they've become well known and respected by boaters around Australia.

"As a team that strives to be the home of Mercury Repowers, they should also be commended for their investments online. Their repower quoting tool is one of the best in the industry and makes finding a new engine even easier for consumers."

Brad Zoelle, Mercury Marine's Australia, NZ and Pacific Islands General Manager, said the awards were very well deserved.

"Brisbane Marine is constantly changing and adapting to suit an ever-evolving marketplace, and they do it well," he said "It's been a big year for Queensland dealers, with Bay City Marine taking out the 2021 Regional Dealer of the Year award.

"We'd like to thank all of our dealers and boat builder partners for what was another challenging but incredibly exciting year for boating.

"It's a pleasure to work with so many accomplished boat and outboard dealers and boat builders that help us keep up with the high demand for Mercury products - and most importantly, keep customers happily hitting the water."

The New Zealand Dealer of the Year Award for 2021 was taken out by Kev & Ian's Marine from Auckland. Mercury's annual awards are based on a range of objective criteria including year-on-year growth across all product categories (Outboard, MerCruiser, Parts & Accessories), business diversity, service status and market share growth within their dealer district.
