2022 Women State Keelboat Championship at Royal Perth Yacht Club

by Swan River Sailing 23 Mar 2022 05:43 GMT 19 March 2022

Congrats to the FSC RAMP Team skippered by Jess Lundh for winning four of the seven races. Race 5 saw the FSC ladies being red-flagged but it did not stop the Freo Ferals from completing the only-8-points-winning-mission.

Akamai Race Team from Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club skippered by the young gun Lucy Alderson also had a brilliant journey finishing the State Championships in second place with 13 points followed by Marlee Racing Team (RFBYC) skippered by the legendary Sandy Anderson in third (16 points).

This year's competition also had talented sailors from the Royal Perth Yacht Club, South of Perth Yacht Club, and East Fremantle Yacht Club.
