Yamarin 67 DC - a functional and stylish new day cruiser

by Yamarin 23 Jan 2022 11:52 GMT

Yamarin is launching a functional and stylish new day cruiser in a popular size class for the 2022 season. The new Yamarin 67 DC offers summer fun for eight with equipment and features from larger day cruisers that put the new model at the top of its class.

The Yamarin 67 DC is ideal as a day cruiser for entertaining family and friends. At 6.76 metres long and 2.55 metres wide, the new model combines comfortable open space and a bright cabin.

Yamarin 67 DC - a modern and safe choice

The styling of the Yamarin 67 DC continues the modern design language introduced on the latest models, including the 88 DC, 63 DC, 63 BR and 60 DC. The new model replaces the discontinued 65 DC and 68 DC models. The Yamarin 67 DC fits between the smaller 63 DC and larger 88 DC models in a popular size class, offering space for up to 8 persons. Black graphic side elements, large tinted hull windows and a black windshield frame enhance the stylish and premium impression.

As with all Yamarin boats, the new 67 DC also offers excellent performance. The wide waterline provides optimal stability and smoothness. The maximum speed, when equipped with a Yamaha 250 hp outboard, is an impressive 46 knots.

Functional and practical open space for sunny boating days The open seating area on the Yamarin 67 DC is functional and practical. There is a comfortable U-shaped sofa in the aft, and the driver's twin seat with a flip backrest that can be rotated fully to create a pleasant socialising area for up to seven persons.

An optional table can be specified in the middle of the sofa arrangement, as well as a sunbed that fits in the cockpit for making the most of summer days (both are included in the Comfort Edition options pack). For longer cruises, the Premium Edition options pack provides additional practicality with a refrigerator, a pantry with a pressurised water system (45 l), and a stove with a protective cover that opens into a handy worktop for cooking. The practicality of the open space is complemented by generous storage spaces and cup holders.

Boarding the boat and moving about onboard is safe and easy thanks to the flat bow deck, ergonomic fixed steps and large swimming platforms. The Premium Edition options pack includes a water-skiing arch at the aft that also serves as a support railing for safe access to the swimming platforms. Generously sized boxes for storing ropes are located at both the bow and stern.

Bright cabin for two

The cabin on the new Yamarin 67 DC features a sliding door, and the large hull windows and roof hatch fill the cabin with natural light. The cabin is ideal for sleeping overnight, as a nap space for kids and for storing luggage. There is a large storage space beneath the bed, and a water toilet (with 30 l septic tank) is available as an option to make the cabin even more liveable.

Ergonomic cockpit and new Yamarin Q2 infotainment system

The cockpit of the new Yamarin 67 DC has been designed to be both stylish and ergonomic. Special attention has been paid to the layout of the screen and instrument panel, and the 10-inch Yamarin Q2 smart display (or optional 16-inch display) is located conveniently right in front of the helmsman.

In addition to nautical charts and electronic navigation, Yamarin Q contains the boat's entire instrument panel, user guides and instructional videos, local weather data, a radio and an internet connection. Yamarin Q also integrates seamlessly with the Yamaha outboard and anticipates service needs.

The updated second-generation Yamarin Q infotainment system includes all the features familiar from the previous version, but both the interface and the technology behind it have been updated. A more powerful processor and a faster satellite locator combined with a 4G modem make Yamarin Q 2.0 smoother to operate.

The new interface, in turn, offers new possibilities for customising views to suit individual preferences. An infinitely adjustable split screen makes it possible to view navigation charts at two different magnification levels at the same time, as well as view the chart and sonar simultaneously.

The Yamarin Q infotainment system can now also be connected to the Yamarin App that includes user guides for the boat and motor, as well as an electronic logbook that records not only the route and distance, but also fuel consumption and weather information.

Accessories further enhance usability and practicality

Yamarin has bundled the most popular accessories in two new equipment packages for the Yamarin 67 DC:

  • Comfort Edition on the Yamarin 67 DC includes an aft canvas, windshield wiper on the left, harbour cover, trim tabs, and a table and sunbed in the cockpit.
  • Premium Edition includes all of these plus a water-skiing arch, refrigerator, pantry with pressurised water system, stove, water toilet with septic tank and curtain, bow thruster, bow step, shore power system and mooring package.

Demonstration models of the Yamarin 67 DC will arrive at Yamarin dealers in spring 2022.
